Finks bikies found guilty of contempt of CCC - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation): "WA's Chief Justice has found five members of a bikie gang guilty of being in contempt of the Corruption and Crime Commission.
The five had refused to answer questions at a secret CCC hearing into a fight at the Kwinana Motoplex in October.
Stephen Wallace, Neil McCormick, Tristan Allbeury, Troy Smith and one other Finks member were called before the CCC to answer questions about a violent brawl which erupted between the Finks and the Coffin Cheaters.
One Finks member was shot in the leg, Mr Wallace had three fingers severed and two others were injured.
A recording of Mr Wallace's evidence at the CCC shows him refusing to answer questions about the matter."
